Join Edinburgh Food Social for “Eggcellent Eggs,” an engaging three-hour culinary workshop dedicated to the versatile egg. Led by our experienced chefs, this hands-on class will guide you through a variety of egg-based dishes, from the basics to more adventurous creations.
In this cracking cookery class, you’ll learn to:
- Perfect classic techniques like poaching, and making omelettes.
- Create dishes such as frittata and custard tart
- Understand the science behind egg cookery and how to select quality eggs.
If you live in Craigmillar or Niddrie, you can sign up to any of our classes for free.
This class is suitable for all skill levels and welcomes participants aged 15 and above. For those 12 – 15, we ask that they be accompanied by an adult.
