Fish and shellfish have gained more profile in the media lately, and rightly so. As with our meat and vegetables, the way that we source of fish is really important to us.
Join us on this fantastic cookery class, teaching you 4 wonderful recipes involving sustainable fish and shellfish involving a range of skills and techniques.
Expect dishes such as ‘Smoked haddock kedgeree with watercress’ and ‘Roasted scallops with cauliflower, apple & capers’.
After a warm welcome with a cuppa, Steve will go through the sourcing, preparation and cooking of each recipe and we will eat everything that we cook along the way.
Each dish will be full of flavour and the skills you learn on the day will translate into many other dishes that you cook every day.
As always, safety is at the forefront of our mind and our kitchen is COVID-secure and each class limited to 4 guests.

Steve is Head of Education for Edinburgh Food Social and has taught cookery around the world for over 15 years. With a deep knowledge of production methods, provenance, skills and techniques, Steve is the perfect person to guide you through this selection of fantastic seasonal recipes.
