Located close to the Berwickshire Coast in the southern Scottish Borders with exquisite panoramic views of the Tweed Valley, Cheviot Hills, Lammermuirs and the North Sea, the Walton Family have organically farmed free-range, cattle, pigs and sheep for over 30 years.

The farm is organic and pasture-for-life certified and the team have developed a distinctive and multi-award winning range of organic charcuterie which we have been making from our free-ranging pigs, sheep and beef on our organic farm for the last 15 years.  Air-dried salamis and hams are slowly cured in the natural air-flow of our on-farm curing facilities. Our  salamis are made in natural casings with our own sea-salt based cure without the need for a lactose-based starter cultures, no flavour enhancers, no cure accelerators, no pre-mixes, no artificial emulsifiers, lactose and gluten-free.
