Our Seasonal Suppers series are a fantastic way to celebrate the seasons most delicious ingredients, all sourced from artisan and organic producers across our native Scotland.

All of our meals are prepared in our kitchens by our experienced chefs and a team of young chefs and apprentices, displaced by the pandemic.

April Menu;

A little smoked haddock, leek and grain mustard tartlet with organic salad leaves and a parmesan crisp

Braised and pressed shoulder of organic lamb, minted lamb sauce, rosemary hassleback potatoes, greens, pickled carrot salad

Yorkshire rhubarb bakewell tart, Katy Rodgers crème fraiche

Chocolate and whisky truffles

Yorkshire rhubarb bakewell tart, Katy Rodgers crème fraiche (gluten, milk, nuts, eggs)
