As food becomes a greater focus when talking about climate, it can be more and more difficult to navigate the weekly food shop.
The focus during this class is on delicious meals that are perfect for a weeknight but still include lots of really useful information on how to shop and cook sustainably too!
Expect dishes such as ‘Rancher’s Eggs with charred purple sprouting broccoli’ and ‘Romanian lentil, tomato and sourdough stew’
After a warm welcome with a cuppa, Steve will go through the sourcing, preparation and cooking of each recipe and we will eat everything that we cook along the way.
Each dish will be full of flavour and the skills you learn on the day will translate into many other dishes that you cook every day.
As always, safety is at the forefront of our mind and our kitchen is COVID-secure and each class limited to 4 guests.
