Indian Street Food

£90.00

We’ll explore the balance of sweet, sour, spicy and savoury flavours that make Indian street food so irresistible, while building confidence with spices, fresh herbs and traditional cooking methods. Whether you’re already a fan of Indian cuisine or looking to expand your repertoire, you’ll leave with a collection of recipes perfect for sharing with family and friends.

In the class, you’ll make things such as:

Vegtable bhajis

Chana chaat

Mint chutneys

Aloo tikki

Egg bhurji

From crisp, crunchy snacks to fragrant curries and fresh chutneys, you’ll learn how to recreate some of the country’s most loved dishes using accessible, local ingredients and practical techniques.
