Guided by expert instruction, you’ll get familiar with working with different types of doughs and batters, understanding how ingredients interact and how to achieve the perfect texture, rise, and flavour.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll leave with a well-rounded set of new skills — and the satisfaction of having made your own bread, and cakes from scratch. It’s an inspiring, educational experience designed to boost your confidence and spark creativity in your home cooking.
