Making Perfect Pasta (from scratch!)

£75.00

Nothing says comfort quite like a bowl of freshly made pasta. In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch using simple techniques and everyday ingredients.

We’ll begin with the basics of pasta dough, from mixing and kneading to resting, before rolling, shaping, and cutting a range of classic pasta styles. Expect silky tagliatelle, pillowy ravioli, and rustic handmade shapes designed to hold onto every drop of sauce.

Along the way, you’ll learn how to make fillings that are well seasoned and balanced, pair pasta with the right sauces, and master the perfect al dente bite. Suitable for beginners and confident home cooks alike, the class offers plenty of hands-on practice throughout.

You’ll leave with new skills, a full belly, and fresh pasta to take home, plus the confidence to recreate homemade pasta in your own kitchen.
