Nothing says comfort quite like a bowl of freshly made pasta – and in this hands-on class, you’ll discover just how easy (and fun!) it is to make your own from scratch. We’ll start with simple dough-making techniques, then roll, shape, and cut our way into a variety of pasta styles. Think silky tagliatelle, pillowy ravioli, or rustic shapes that capture every drop of sauce.

Along the way, you’ll learn tips for creating flavourful fillings, pairing sauces, and mastering that just-right bite of al dente. Whether you’re a total beginner or just want to up your pasta game, you’ll leave with new skills, a full belly, plenty of pasta to enjoy at home, and the confidence to recreate the magic at home.

Finding us: We’re at 47 Peffer Place, Edinburgh, EH16 4BB. Please arrive 10 minutes early if possible.

What to bring: Please bring tupperware to take home anything you cook, a notepad and pen if you’d like to take notes, and warm layers — it can get a little chilly in the kitchen.
