Taiwanese Dumplings & Hand-Pulled Noodles

£75.00

Discover the flavours of Taiwan in this Taiwanese cooking class focused on two iconic dishes: handmade dumplings and fresh hand-pulled noodles.

In this practical class, you’ll learn how to make dumplings from scratch — mixing dough, preparing fillings, and practising classic folding techniques. We’ll also make traditional hand-pulled noodles together, learning how to stretch and pull the dough before cooking them and serving them with a punchy Taiwanese-style sauce or broth.

Along the way, we’ll explore the essential ingredients that shape Taiwanese cooking: soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, acidity and heat. You’ll also pick up tips for recreating these dishes at home using ingredients you can easily find in local shops.

A creative, practical cooking class with plenty of tasting, new techniques, and food designed to be shared.
