With our expert guidance, you’ll gain the skills and confidence to elevate your pastry game, learning how small details make a big difference.

In this class, you’ll learn to:

  • Master shortcrust pastry using alternative grains for added flavour and texture
  • Create light, flaky rough puff pastry from scratch
  • Perfect choux pastry for elegant desserts
  • Bake a selection of seasonal sweet and savoury tarts

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a collection of delicious bakes—and the know-how to recreate them at home.

Finding us: We’re at 47 Peffer Place, Edinburgh, EH16 4BB. Please arrive 10 minutes early if possible.

What to bring: Please bring tupperware to take home anything you cook, a notepad and pen if you’d like to take notes, and warm layers — it can get a little chilly in the kitchen.

Photography: We may take photos or videos during the class. Please let us know if you’d prefer not to be included. You can take as many as you like!
