Got a sweet tooth? This two-hour class offers a hands-on introduction to making a range of desserts, from familiar favourites to elegant dishes perfect for special occasions. Together we’ll whisk, fold, and bake our way through a selection of irresistible puddings and showstopping sweets. You’ll learn key pastry and patisserie techniques, explore texture and flavour balance, and practise simple plating skills to elevate presentation. There’ll be opportunities to taste as you go and to experiment with your own ideas — a practical, enjoyable session for anyone interested in improving their dessert-making skills.
We’re also running a Valentine’s special version of this class — a great chance to bring along someone you like (friends very much encouraged!) and spend some relaxed, quality time making something sweet and yummy. Flirty flour fights optional.
