A Taste of Scotland Class

£85.00

Join us for a hands-on cookery class where you’ll learn to make two beloved Scottish dishes: Cullen Skink – a rich and comforting soup made with smoked haddock, potatoes, onions, and cream – and a seasonal fruit cranachan, a traditional Scottish dessert layered with whipped cream, toasted oats, whisky, and fresh seasonal berries.

Cullen Skink is a hearty staple of Scottish cuisine. You’ll be guided by our Chef through essential techniques like poaching fish, sautéing vegetables, whipping cream to the perfect texture, and layering cranachan for a beautiful presentation.

Whether you’re a total beginner or a seasoned home cook, you’ll leave with new culinary skills—and two delicious dishes that capture the heart of Scottish comfort food.

Come hungry, curious, and ready to cook (and taste) the best of Scotland!
